Agentic Operations Coordinator (Saigon)

About Us

We The Flywheel (WTF) is a private digital product studio active across sports media, technology, fitness, and personal branding. We operate 500+ web properties across 42 markets and are deeply embedded in AI-native workflows. Our HQ is remote-first with team members in Vietnam, Europe, the Balkans, and Latin America.

What We're Really Hiring For

AI does the heavy lifting here — but AI is the leverage, not the point. We hire for the human layer on top of it: ingenuity, judgment, taste, and strategic thinking — the perspective a model can't have. The people who thrive here use AI to move fast, then apply the real human intelligence that makes the output genuinely good. If your instinct is to prompt-and-ship without thinking critically, this isn't the fit.

The Role

We're hiring an Agentic Operations Coordinator — an entry-level (L1) generalist who keeps multiple workstreams moving, mostly by directing AI rather than doing things by hand. You'll build (websites and small apps), direct AI agents through multi-step work, spot growth and distribution openings, and coordinate competing priorities so nothing stalls.

Remote from Ho Chi Minh City or anywhere in Vietnam. You'll work directly with our founding team, using AI tools daily to ship faster and smarter than traditional approaches.

Coordinating AI-led work

What You'll Do

  • Build small things — landing pages, simple web apps, internal tools — mostly by directing AI coding agents
  • Direct and verify AI agents through multi-step tasks — catch errors, resolve blockers, close loops
  • Find growth and distribution openings, and turn them into shipped work
  • Coordinate competing workstreams — keep priorities clear and nothing falling through the cracks
  • Document repeatable workflows so they can be handed to AI or the next teammate

Who You Are

  • You direct AI to get real things done — building and shipping, not just experimenting
  • Organized and reliable — you keep many threads moving and close loops
  • A fast self-starter who figures out unfamiliar tools and platforms without hand-holding
  • Strong written English — clear, concise, especially async

Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

  • Some experience shipping small web things — even no-code / AI-built counts
  • Coordination, ops, project, or virtual-assistant background
  • Heavy AI adopter — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar are part of your daily toolkit
  • Comfortable in async, remote-first environments
